My first experience with love taught me everything — the hard way. I spent three and a half years in an emotionally abusive relationship where I slowly lost myself, my family, and my friends. Getting out of it became my life's mission: helping other people know their own worth so they never have to lose themselves to find love.
That mission took me to Three Day Rule, an exclusive matchmaking service, where I matched and coached CEOs, entrepreneurs, actors, and everyday romantics across NYC and LA. I've personally talked with over 20,000 singles about their relationships, their upbringings, and what they hope for. The pattern was impossible to miss: the problem was almost never a lack of matches — it was how people saw themselves.
So I went all in on that. Today I coach 1:1, run Identity Department (a personal branding studio in Nashville), and co-founded Authentic Coach Academy, where we certify the next generation of coaches.
